We have all probably been guilty at some point of arriving late to Mass. For me, getting through traffic (even on a Sunday!) is a nightmare, and someone always seems to crash on the highway when I’m already running late.
If you have small children, you know the struggle of finding BOTH matching socks and shoes for everyone and getting out the door without anyone punching each other.
I don’t know about you, but I am not usually the holiest version of myself when I’m running late. Road rage, family arguments, and frustrations are easy to fall into, even on the way to Mass. So I wanted to take a couple of weeks to answer the question “how and why should we prepare for Mass?”
God waits for us as we come to him each at Mass. Each week is an opportunity for a life-changing encounter with Jesus. How will you prepare for Mass this week?
