Share: Intentionally say grace before you eat in public this week. Make sure you make the sign of the cross as a witness to your faith.
Pray: Jesus, you are my everything. Help me to face temptation today with my eyes fixed on you. Drive out any doubt, shame, or anything that would lead me away from you. I reject Satan today and I choose you as my Lord and my God. Amen.

The devil is real. That fact can seem quite frightening, but we must never forget that God’s love and power are infinitely more real. Lent is not about running from the devil. It’s about making the devil run.
